Short Bio
Dr. Yujuan Ding is currently an Assistant Professor (Research) at School of Fashion & Textiles (SFT), the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Before that, she was the Postdoctoral Fellow of the Department of Computing (COMP) under the support of PolyU Distinguished Postoctoral Fellowship, working with Prof. Qing Li and Dr. Wenqi Fan. She received her Ph.D. degree at SFT PolyU in 2021 and visited School of Computing, National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019, under the supervision of Prof. Tat-Seng Chua. She was recipient of the Best Student Paper Award of ICMR 2021.

08/2024: Two papers on LLM applications on art and cross-modal coherence modeling got accepted by ACM Multimedia Conference 2024 (MM 2024).
07/2024: Two papers are accepted by International Conference on Multimedia and Retrieval 2024 (ICMR 2024).
05/2024: Our paper “A Survey on RAG Meeting LLMs: Towards Retrieval-Augmented Large Language Models” got accepted by ACM SIGKDD Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (KDD 2024). The Long Version was also released on arXiv.
04/2024: Our tutorial on “Recommender Systems in the Era of Large Language Models (LLMs)” was accepted by International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence 2024 (IJCAI 2024).
11/2023: Our workshop on “Large Language Models (LLMs) for Graph Learning” was accepted by The Web Conference 2024 (WWW 2024).
10/2023: Our paper “Computational Technologies for Fashion Recommendation: A Survey” got published by ACM Computing Survey.
